These dates should have been PST, so we got version v3.216 of mozilla/js/src/js.c when creating the relbranch, instead of the v3.217 which drivers wanted per

We should tag Bootstrap with an interim version when we land the Stage.pm patch - which requires bumping the tag in the master.cfg, and reconfiging the master. Here's the patch for that.

Looks like the right fix to me. Lets be sure to move aside
 fx-linux-1.9-slave2:/data/cltbld/firefox-3.0.16
 stage:/data/cltbld/firefox-3.0.16
so we're starting from a clean slate, yet still have the dirs for any further debugging.
